Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a leading UK-based law firm to hire a highly organised and client-focused Conveyancing Admin & Business Development Assistant.
This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a busy conveyancing team handling UK residential property transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in client communication, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced legal environment.

- Provide administrative support, prepare legal documents, manage case files, and track deadlines and document workflows.
- Communicate with clients through phone and email, provide case updates, and assist with client onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM and case management records while coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Support lead generation, enquiry follow-ups, referral management, client reports, and business development communications.
- Experience in legal administration, conveyancing support, client services, or a related administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time-management abilities.
- Confident handling client enquiries, records, deadlines, and confidential information.
- Experience using CRM or case management systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UK conveyancing or residential property transactions is highly preferred.
- Work with an established UK-based legal team.
