JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

ROLE OVERVIEW

Manage our online store's day-to-day operations — from design coordination to fulfillment — with fluency in Printful and Shopify already in hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product and store management (Shopify)

Create designs and work alongside designers on product artwork

Order management and fulfillment tracking

Inventory and product catalog upkeep

Marketplace management across sales channels

Keep systems, files, and processes organized and structured

REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional experience with Printful (non-negotiable) and Shopify

Design experience, ideally having worked with designers

Solid background in product/store management

Experience with order management, inventory, and catalog upkeep

Marketplace management experience

Highly organized and process-driven
