- Schedule the annual servicing of equipment
- Prepare / submit Service Report with recommendation/remarks regarding the equipment physical status
- Conduct Equipment application demo/seminar to customer
- Conduct refresher Technical training to Sales Agent
- Check the equipment and make sure that all demo equipment are functioning well
- Check the equipment demo unit prior to Sales demo or seminar
- Suggest what is the best equipment to solve customer application concern/problem
- Discuss to Sales agent customer equipment application concern/problem
- Suggest idea on how to improve service performance
- Help the Business Development Department in penetrating new market
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Inform Management if there is new Equipment Safety in the market
- Explore the weakness and strength of our Equipment
- Recommend what necessary Parts of equipment to be to stocked
- Help the Sales People in generating monthly service sales
- Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Male, 20-30 years old
- Must be graduate of engineering or computer courses
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with people at all levels of an organization
- Quick and efficient
- Neat and organized
- Must be aggressive, resourceful and result-driven
- Possessing good character and sound judgment
- Good sense of service orientation
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles and proficiency with local routes
