We are expanding our Marketing team and looking for a creative, driven, and mission-aligned Graphic Designer to join us.Position SummaryAs a Graphic Designer at Legacy Healing Center, you will play a key role in crafting compelling visuals that reflect our brand’s commitment to hope, healing, and transformation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, admissions, and executive teams to create high-quality assets that elevate our message and connect deeply with our diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities

Design and produce digital, print, and promotional assets, including brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, email templates, social media graphics, promotional products (i.e. shirts, hats, giveaways, etc.)Develop branded visuals for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.Collaborate with marketing team members on creative direction, storytelling, and concept development.Assist with website design updates, landing pages, and digital ad assets.Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and supports Legacy Healing’s mission and values.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of design.Support video production needs with title cards, motion graphics, or layout suggestions as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.2–4 years of professional design experience (experience in healthcare, wellness, or nonprofit sectors is a plus).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma or similar design platforms.Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.Experience with social media graphics and digital marketing design.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.

Preferred Skills

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.Familiarity with video editing tools or motion design.Experience in creating marketing materials for behavioral health or addiction treatment centers.A passion for the mission of Legacy Healing and sensitivity to the experiences of those in recovery.
