Graphic Designer / Video Editor for Benedict Ventures, Inc. (BE Residences) at Mabuhay Tower, IT Park, Cebu City

Overview:

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand identity and effectively communicates our messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multimedia Content Creation:

• Develop and produce engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and other visual assets.
• Capture high-quality photography and videography of company properties, events, and products.
• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to edit and enhance photos and videos to maintain high visual standards

1. Design and Layout:

• Create and design visual materials for social media postings, product photography, company event coverage, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company’s values and offerings.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with marketing and content creation teams to conceptualize ideas, storyboard concepts, and execute creative briefs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a multimedia designer or graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
