Manila - Sales Representative (Freight Forwarding)

Overview

6R Diamond Int’l Cargo Logistics, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our freight forwarding client base by acquiring profitable and long-term clients.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and nurturing client relationships — all while working closely with our experienced operations team to ensure high service standards.

Job Description:

• Prospect and acquire new freight forwarding clients (import and export) in line with the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual profitability targets.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, freight forwarding conferences, etc. that will benefit the company’s growth.
• Qualify potential leads based on business volume, industry fit, and long-term potential.
• Coordinate with the operations team for accurate service pricing proposals and smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain clear records of client transactions and ensure timely communication for collections.
• Research and analyze market opportunities
• Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients as needed.
• Monitor the performance of new and existing clients for monthly commission and quarterly incentive eligibility.

Key Qualifications:

• Must at least be a degree holder of any business-related course
• 1-2 year sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or any related B2B industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Familiarity with local and international shipping processes is an advantage
