About the role
As a Sales Associate/Stockman/Cashier at RRJ', you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail store in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This part-time position will see you handling a variety of responsibilities, from assisting customers on the shop floor to maintaining stock levels and operating the till.
What you'll be doing- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience
- Restocking and organising merchandise to keep the store well-presented and easily navigable for customers
- Operating the cash register, processing sales transactions, and handling cash and card payments accurately
- Assisting with inventory management by tracking stock levels and identifying any discrepancies
- Supporting the wider retail team in completing store opening and closing procedures
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, ideally within the consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with an eye for detail
- Good numerical skills and comfort using cash handling equipment
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
