What you'll be doing- Providing friendly, knowledgeable and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and completing sales transactions
- Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, including stocking displays
- Processing cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently
- Identifying and sharing customer feedback to help improve our products and services
- Supporting store operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the high end or luxury consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to help people
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
