Position: 1 Operation Manager

1. Manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites and teams.
2. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
3. Oversee resource allocation, equipment usage, and logistics for ongoing projects.
4. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners.
6. Prepare and present reports in English and Mandarin as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with local construction laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
8. Identify and resolve operational issues and propose process improvements.
9. Supervise and evaluate field and office staff performance.

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
2. Experience in construction operations or project management.
3. Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and construction-related tools.
4. Demonstrated expertise in construction project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
