FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING HEAD

• Leads and manages the Finance and Accounting team to deliver accurate, timely financial reports and analyses.
• Develops and implements financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
• Ensures compliance with national financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinates and leads audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Manages company tax planning, filing, and compliance in coordination with external advisors.
• Provides strategic recommendations to the senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
• Supervises the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversees internal controls and implements improvements to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.
• Manages relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Prime, etc.).
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
