About the role
Fortune Esthe Beauty Clinic Salon is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Binondo, Manila City. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within our aesthetic and beauty clinic environment.As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient experience, combining clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. This role is essential to maintaining our clinic's reputation for excellence and ensuring that every patient receives professional, compassionate care throughout their aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Key responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments prior to aesthetic procedures, documenting medical histories and identifying contraindications
- Prepare patients for aesthetic treatments, ensuring they understand the procedures and provide informed consent
- Assist physicians and aesthetic practitioners during aesthetic procedures, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and comfort levels throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Administer prescribed medications and anaesthetics as directed by qualified practitioners, adhering to strict protocols
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up care instructions
- Provide post-treatment care and guidance to patients, including wound care, activity restrictions, and expected outcomes
- Educate patients on skincare routines, maintenance treatments, and aftercare requirements to optimise results
- Sterilise and maintain aesthetic equipment, ensuring all instruments meet safety and hygiene standards
- Respond to patient concerns and manage any adverse reactions or complications with professionalism and clinical competence
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment that reflects our commitment to patient safety
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery
- Valid nursing license and current registration with the Philippine Nurses Association or equivalent regulatory body
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in general medical and surgical nursing or a related healthcare field
- Specialised training or certification in aesthetic nursing or cosmetic nursing is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, injectable treatments, laser therapy, and skincare treatments
- Excellent understanding of patient safety protocols, infection control, and sterilisation procedures
- Proficiency in administering medications and managing patient vitals with accuracy and confidence
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients
- Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping abilities
- Physical stamina and the ability to work standing for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanour that aligns with our clinic's aesthetic standards
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm during challenging situations
- Fluency in English and Filipino; additional language skills are advantageous
