Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, or chat
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Resolve inquiries and issues with clarity and care
• Consistently meet QA scores, schedule adherence, and attendance requirements
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to maintain service excellence

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of BPO experience in a voice or customer service role
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Proven reliability in attendance and schedule adherence
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and team player
