Operator – Customer Operations Support

Job Overview: (Voice Account – AI-Supported)

We are looking for Operators to join our customer operations team. This role involves

assisting customers through voice-based support, using our AI-powered tools to ensure

timely, accurate, and high-quality service within a structured workflow. You will handle calls

while leveraging AI prompts and system guidance to streamline tasks and improve

efficiency.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent experience in customer service or
• hospitality. (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED)
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center,
• telecommunications, or hospitality setting.
• No prior GDS or travel industry experience required.
• Sales background not preferred, as this role emphasizes service quality and operational
• accuracy.

• Fast learner, comfortable with new technologies and digital tools.
• Able to multitask efficiently, handle live chats while navigating multiple systems.
• Basic understanding of AI systems and confidence working with digital assistants.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₱21,000 month + incentives between 50-200 USD
