The Stamping Operator is responsible for operating stamping or press machines to produce quality products based on required specifications. The role ensures proper machine operation, adherence to safety standards, and consistent output quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate stamping/press machines according to standard procedures

Set up materials and ensure proper alignment before operation
Monitor machine performance during operation to avoid defects
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Report machine issues, defects, or irregularities to the supervisor
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area

Meet daily production targets and deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications
At least High School Graduate or Senior High School
With or without experience (but experience in machine operation or production is an advantage)
Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of machine operation (stamping/press machines)
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Keen attention to detail (important for quality output)
Good hand-eye coordination
Can work with minimal supervision

Job-Specific Requirements

Experience in metal stamping / die cutting / printing (if applicable)
Knowledge of preventive maintenance is a plus
Ability to check product quality and detect defects

Familiarity with tools, dies, and materials used in stamping
