We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Associate who will support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy in records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Payables (preparation of checks and system encoding)
- Manage Receivables (reconciliation and recording of AR and payments)
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Process payments for remittances, rentals, and utilities
- Prepare and assist in VAT reporting
- Monitor and maintain inventory records
- Prepare BIR Form 2307
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field
- Experience in SAP is an advantage but not required
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Available to start as soon as possible
