Job Description- Perform reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process invoices in the Accounts Payable (AP) system using a three-way match (purchase order, receipt, invoice).
- Accurately enter financial data into the AP system and maintain organized records.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, credits, and outstanding balances.
- Upload and process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) invoices within the AP system.
- Ensure all charges are recorded under the correct categories in compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end closing activities and assist in maintaining accurate AP records.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Familiarity with TAP Bottomline AP Processing is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data-entry skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform efficiently under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of contributing new ideas for process improvement.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs.
- Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
