Oversees the daily operations of the whole factory.
Establish short-term and long-term goals of the factory.
Manage leadership team (local and expat).
Establish programs for staff retention.
Analyzing and driving performance metrics and results.
Budget and Expense Management.
Ensuring compliance with regulations.
Drive the operational excellence projects and activities [CI, RPA, IP and AI].
Maintain positive customer relationship.
Sustain factory growth and development.

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and other relevant tools.
Strong attention to detail: The ability to accurately review and manage information.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Can speak English
Willing to work at Sto. Tomas Batangas
