Logistics Operation Assistant

DAYSHIFT | Fulltime | Iloilo Onsite, Makati Hybrid| Fresh Graduate

Open to fresh graduates or entry-level applicants with a background in Customs or Logistics.

About the Role

As a Logistics Operations Assistant, you will ensure smooth order fulfillment from supplier to customer. This includes checking order details, coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and updating stakeholders. You will analyze data to spot issues early and make sure logistics processes meet quality, timeline, and cost targets all while adapting to the fast-paced supply chain environment.

What you'll be working on:

• Generate and review packing lists and order confirmations for accuracy
• Create and process purchase orders, including non-stock items
• Update shipping reports and track delivery schedules
• Monitor ETA/ETD to ensure timely shipments
• Update internal systems with logistics and order data
• Coordinate local fabrication orders and warehouse transfers
• Maintain dispatch sheets and support daily logistics planning
• Manage product warranty records across all locations

What we're looking for:

• Entry-level role, open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics or customs
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
