Branch Manager is a Leadership role AIA Philippines. We are looking for a leader who will build his/her own team of Financial Advisors who provides sound financial advise to clients, both individuals and corporate, appropriate to their financial goals in terms of income protection, health, education and retirement funding, investments and estate planning.

• Undergo and complete all training programs and be up to date with industry development.
• Continuous prospecting for potential recruits through different sources which

• Conduct a well-structured exploratory meeting with prospective recruits, identify the thread of discontent and be able to position the career as primary or secondary source of income.
• Role model to his team of Financial Advisors the proper management of leading behaviors

• Ensure on boarding and activation of each team member by consistently monitoring and managing their sales activities and provide timely feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3 years Management experience in Sales, Finance or Human Resource
• Good communication and presentation Skills
• Resourceful and collaborative
• Knowledgeable in MS office, video conferencing platforms, messaging applications and social media platforms
• Must have tools for Business: Smart phone, laptop, tablet (optional), Strong internet connection

**This is not an employment, rather, you will be an independent entrepreneur with exclusive contract with AIA Philippines. We provide Development Fund for 2 years for qualified candidates depending on the current compensation.
