Operations Manager

Job Summary

The position plays a critical role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, resources are effectively utilized, and operational targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficient and effective execution of business activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure the achievement of productivity, quality, and service standards.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

• Coordinate with department heads including finance, sales, HR, and operations to ensure smooth organizational performance.
• Facilitate collaboration among teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.
• Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and operational projects.

• Track key operational metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze trends and identify areas requiring improvement or operational adjustments.
• Ensure accountability across teams for meeting operational objectives.

• Support budget planning and monitor operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Optimize allocation of resources including manpower, facilities, and operational tools.

• Ensure company operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect company interests.

• Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to achieve high performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all operational functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in operational planning, process improvement, and organizational management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex operational activities.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
