Quality Analyst (Automation)

Primary Responsibilities::

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage, defect detection, and testing efficiency.
• Design and build smart test automation frameworks using modern testing and scripting technologies.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation and faster releases.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test strategies and quality requirements.
• Utilize AI and analytics to identify testing gaps, predict risks, and optimize quality engineering processes.
• Support cloud-based applications and ensure quality standards are maintained across all environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through automation, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, or Undergraduate with equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Testing.
• Proficiency in automation technologies specifically in Playwright and others such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or related languages.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing, test automation accelerators, and modern quality engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub, and automated testing pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure Public Cloud and cloud-native application testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
