Senior Retail Sales & Operations Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Retail Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for leading and driving overall retail sales performance, B2B outright accounts, wholesale operations, and operational excellence across the organization. This role oversees sales growth, account management, retail operations, inventory control, customer relationship management, and business profitability.
The position ensures all retail locations are properly staffed, employees are trained and managed effectively, and operational standards are consistently maintained. The Senior Retail Sales & Operations Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance, expand market reach, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive sales growth across retail stores, B2B outright accounts, and wholesale channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through strategic partnerships.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and wholesale accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and account agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail stores.
- Ensure stores comply with company standards for appearance, safety, permits, signage, and quality control.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards across all retail and wholesale channels.
- Ensure operational consistency and efficiency across all locations.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely replenishment and delivery of products.
- Analyze inventory movement and sales trends to improve stock management.
- Forecast product demand and support inventory planning and distribution activities.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of store personnel.
- Ensure all stores are adequately staffed and employees are properly trained.
- Develop leadership capabilities among store managers and supervisors.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales, operational, and financial performance metrics.
- Control operational expenses and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations to executive management.
- Utilize data analytics to improve efficiency, workflow, sales performance, and customer experience.
- Support executive leadership in business planning and expansion initiatives.
- Participate in store development, new location openings, and operational improvement projects.
- Identify market trends and recommend strategies to sustain competitive advantage.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain and enforce safety and security procedures across all retail locations.
- Protect company assets through proper operational controls and risk management practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in retail sales, B2B sales, wholesale operations, and operations management.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading and supervising teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
