Promotional Staff

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate; college-level education preferred
• Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Physically capable of handling booth setup, lifting materials, and extended standing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, particularly in inventory management
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing activities to support company objectives.
• Promote products and assist customers with inquiries.
• Set up and dismantle sampling booths and promo areas.
• Maintain inventory of samples, materials, and merchandise.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and stock monitoring.
• Follow health and safety standards in food handling.
• Distribute samples and marketing materials to drive interest.
• Support sales team during promotions.
• Gather customer feedback for improvement.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports accurately.
