Facilities and Administration Supervisor
The Facilities and Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of facilities, managing workplace spaces, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, repairs, and maintenance of office/building facilities.
Manage office space utilization, seating arrangements, and workplace allocation.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and overall workplace standards.
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs (cleaning, utilities, IT support, etc.)
Monitor facility budgets and cost forecasting.
Lead a team of maintenance staff, housekeeping personnel, and security staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or workplace operations.
Proven experience in managing office facilities, vendor coordination, and administrative functions.
Familiarity with health, safety, and building compliance standards.
Experience in handling maintenance, repairs, and facility-related service contracts.
Experience in budget monitoring, cost control, and administrative reporting is an advantage
