Key Accounts Supervisor

The successful candidate for the position of Key Accounts Supervisor will report directly to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for achieving the annual sales target and monitoring the sales performance of distributors in the assigned territory.

The role is expected to be aggressive in product distribution, implementation of marketing programs, and handling collections. He will also manage distributors through regular visits, business reviews, and keep them updated on product news and marketing programs.

The candidate will work closely with Marketing to develop programs, monitor and prepare reports on competitive activities, trade movements, and issues or matters that would impact sales in the area of operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Driving, Microsoft Office
• Preferably 4 years of experience Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG is preferred.
