E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Location:UNIT 1514 STATE CENTER BUILDING, 333 Juan Luna St, Binondo, State center,Manila, 1002 Metro Manila
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily customer service workflows across major online marketplaces, such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This includes promptly addressing customer questions regarding product details, order status, delivery updates, and post-purchase issues.
- Track and manage order progress, handle product returns, exchanges, customer complaints, and irregular orders to boost buyer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Gather and organize feedback from customers, contributing insights to improve product offerings, service procedures, and the overall shopping experience.
- Support B2B client outreach and relationship maintenance, involving client communication, follow-up on requests, document preparation, and coordination of collaboration tasks.
- Partner closely with operations, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient resolution of cross-functional issues.
- Carry out additional customer service and business support duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior background in customer service, e-commerce support, or sales assistance is a plus.
- Available to work on a rotating shift schedule, adjusted according to operational needs.
- Possess a strong service-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and patiently.
- Demonstrate responsibility and attention to detail, with the capability to perform under pressure and deliver effective solutions.
- Show friendliness, patience, and empathy when engaging with customers, especially in handling complaints or difficult situations.
- Experience in B2B client communication, sales coordination, or business collaboration activities is an advantage.
