- HBO level thinking, with a background in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 3 years or more hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure
- Practical hands-on knowledge and experience of IT support-desk functions
- Experience of end-user usability support via remote access tools
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Domains, DNS, and VoIP Systems
- Exposure and experience of Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, Google Workspace, and Salesforce is preferred
- Exposure to other cloud-native platforms, i.e., AWS and Azure is a plus
- Practical knowledge and exposure to networking tools and methodologies
- Exposure to system monitoring and performance optimization tools
- Conceptual knowledge of the broader IT services landscape is a big plus
- Manage JIRA support queues and coordinate further resolutions
- Co-administer key applications to ensure operational continuity
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users in the Netherlands, Australia, the Philippines, and other remote locations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve usability challenges
- Document updated processes in accordance with guidelines
- Align availability primarily with Amsterdam and partially with Melbourne time zones
