• Define, execute, measure and continuously improve the Operation Model for Technology & Operations of GoTyme.
• Ensure on-track and smooth hand-over of GoTyme Technology Platforms to operations – such as GoTyme Mobile App, ERP, GL, End-user Computing, Office Network, among others.
• Ensure availability, reliability and scalability of GoTyme platforms to support the continued business growth – Internal IT tools, KYC, Kiosks and Payment platforms
• Ensure smooth operations, right controls and scalability of the following operations pillars: Internal IT Operations, KYC Operations and Kiosk Operations.
• Align the operational SLAs with the business partners and ensure that the operational groups are meeting end-to-end SLAs as committed to the business.
• Identify key partners, ensure fully aligned SLAs and perform vendor management and build strategic relationships in a way that compels the partners to consistently meet committed SLAs and support GoTyme’s business growth.
• Ensure all regulatory and audit requirements from the Operational Teams are met and all relevant findings are addressed on-time.

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Operations or Banking Operations and leading a multi-functional group delivering various measures.
• Demonstrated the ability to influence and foster deep positive relationships with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• The ability to operate under pressure and find creative, practical solutions to problems; a bias toward thinking outside the conventional approach.
• Demonstrated ability to be a strategic, business-oriented, critical thinker who can effectively develop and implement a variety of operational and business strategies.
