Architect Assisntant (ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AUTOCAD EXPERIENCE)

Output Expectation: 12–15 floor plans per day

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsperson to convert hand-drawn floor plans into accurate, to-scale 2D CAD drawings using UK metric standards. This is a high-volume role suited for someone with strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret various sketch formats efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Convert 12–15 hand-drawn floor plans daily into 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Drawings must be to UK metric scale, using standard architectural conventions (e.g. mm, m).
• Ensure drawings are clean, layered correctly, and formatted per provided templates (if applicable).
• Flag any unclear or missing information in the sketches.
• Save and submit files in organized, properly named formats.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Experience converting hand-drawn plans into digital CAD format.
• Understanding of UK metric measurement systems (millimetres/metres).
• Ability to deliver high volumes daily with accuracy.
• Fluent in reading and interpreting architectural sketches.
• Access to AutoCAD software and stable internet.

Preferred:

• Experience working with UK-based architects or property professionals.
• Background in architectural or technical drawing.
