HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Major in Human Resource Development Management or any behavioral related courses
• 10 years of Progressive HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing
• Strong leadership & ability to work independently
• Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable of Labor Laws and HR Policies
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Job responsibility:

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of Human Resources Divisions and coordinates with other interfacing areas of human resource-related activities and programs. Monitors the activities of Training and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations and other facets of HR.
