Group Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

The Group Sales Supervisor is responsible for expanding and managing group/industrial accounts within the assigned territory. This role owns and is fully accountable for achieving territory sales volume targets across all SKUs through business development, technical support, customer engagement, and strong account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve territory sales volume targets for all SKUs.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining and growing existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements in the assigned area.
• Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure proper SKU distribution based on dealer warehouse inventory to optimize ordering.

• Share responsibility in providing excellent customer service, including:
• Communicating customer POs to Sales Office
• Monitoring collections
• Handling complaints, returns, requests, and other concerns
• Take the lead in ensuring delivery schedules are met, in coordination with the Sales Coordinator.
• Closely coordinate with assigned Sales Coordinator on pending order status.
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales Specialists and Coordinators in achieving territorial deliverables such as:
• Sales volume targets
• Documentation of rebates, subsidies, credit memos, etc.

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesman/Sales Agent
• Experience in Flour & Bakery products is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge in Baking Science and Technology is an advantage
• Computer literate and detail-oriented
• Honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in VISMIN
