Sales Trainer (Retail / 3C Industry)

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Trainer who can drive real sales results by enabling store staff to actively recommend and sell our products. This role focuses on practical training execution, not just theoretical presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct product and sales training for retail store staff
- Develop practical and easy-to-use sales scripts
- Translate product features into clear selling points and competitive advantages
- Ensure store staff can understand, remember, and apply training
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive actual sales performance
- Support sales teams in improving conversion and product priority selling
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or training
- Must have frontline sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Background in mobile phones, 3C, or accessories industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Experience with brands such as OPPO, vivo, realme, Transsion, etc.
- Experience in retail training systems and implementation
- Proven experience in driving sales through promotions
