Job Summary

Responsible for promoting and selling food products, increasing brand awareness, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through both online and offline strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in food sales, FMCG, or retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Willing to do fieldwork and meet clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers (retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, distributors)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Monitor competitor products and pricing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (social media, in-store promos, events)
• Promote products through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create content (photos, captions, videos) to highlight food products
• Coordinate product launches, sampling events, and promotions
• Manage branding and packaging consistency
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies
