Job Description:
This is an exceptional opportunity to become the primary client relationship manager for a successful consulting firm’s entire client portfolio. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for executives and decision-makers across 35+ accounts, managing everything from onboarding new clients to driving retention and growth.Working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll wear multiple hats while building meaningful relationships that directly impact both client success and company revenue. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic relationship management and hands-on execution in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary relationship manager for 35+ active client accounts across software and training services
- Execute seamless client onboarding processes through HubSpot CRM system
- Manage email communications and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and expertise
- Coordinate and promote training opportunities, workshops, and educational events for clients
- Support both software contract renewals and training service sales initiatives
- Maintain detailed client interaction records and CRM documentation
- Create business trip agendas and event documentation for client engagements
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on client strategy and retention initiatives
- Proven experience in customer success, client relationship management, or customer service roles
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, with HubSpot experience highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with diverse responsibilities
- Comfortable with both email and phone-based client communication
- Understanding of B2B relationship management and client retention strategies
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
