INVENTORY ASSISTANT
About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our team at THE OBAGI SKIN HEALTH, INC.' (HOO Dermatology). This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records of all products in inventory and on order.
What you'll be doing- Monitor and maintains current inventory levels.
- Performs physical count of inventory and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Receives and unpacks all deliveries of the assigned branch.
- Performs routine clerical duties
- Manage and update inventory records in our system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
- 1-2 years of experience in an inventory or stock management role, ideally within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong Desire to serve others
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A keen interest in the Retail & Consumer Products industry and passion for providing excellent customer service
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
