Inventory Assistant

Job description:

• Maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts it to inventory records.
• Maintains proper inventory to ensure customers' demands are met in the most efficient manner
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count and adjusts errors in computation or count.
• Updates inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies.
• Prepares report such as inventory balance.
• Ensures accuracy of stocks maintained in the system against physical stocks on hand.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Internal Auditing, & Management Accounting, or any related course.
• With 1-2 years of audit work experience
• Requires specific experience in inventory audit processes and procedures.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time audit experience will be considered.
• With ERP/SAP application experience.
• ERP/SAP application knowledge can be developed on the job with proper training and support.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Possess good communication skills and are able to work in a fast-paced but nurturing environment.
• Willing to render work at 10 Evangelista Avenue, Santolan, Pasig City
