What you'll be doing- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's growth and foster a positive work environment
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits
- Provide strategic HR guidance to the leadership team, advising on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality, efficient HR services
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in a management role
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive HR programs and strategies
- Excellent understanding of Human Resources & Recruitment practices and principles
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
