Job Description
Posted on 7 April 2026- Assist with general accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing reports for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the accounting team and related departments.
- A bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Financial Management, or other related course is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / commercial / sales support / billing and OTC processes. Good knowledge of Record to Report process.
- Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers able to tackle major customer-related issues.
