Regent Foods Corporation, a leading food manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a talented Logistic Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Opol Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehousing, storage and distribution operations.

Job Summary

The Logistic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of shipments and deliveries, maintaining warehouse inventory and building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. This role ensures efficient and timely transportation of goods, optimized inventory management and effective coordination across departments

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation of products between locations (e.g . from plant to warehouse, warehouse to client)
• Schedule and monitor delivers to ensure timely and accurate arrival
• Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements
• Coordinate delivery schedules with Sales Department

• Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers, retailers and customers
• Ensure collaboration among all parties to support timely packing, shipment and delivery
• Oversee efficient use of assets, premises and communication tools

• 3rd party trucking
• FG and EDP personnels
• Accounting and Treasury personnels
• Production and Sales Department

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related courses
• Experience - Two (2) to Three (3) years experience in a logistic, supply chain or administrative role
