Job Description

• Act as the company Sales Representative of the branch, dealing with different customers/client inquires through social media post
• Searching for potential customers/clients through different social media marketing platforms that will enable them to visit the store for proper discussion of different units available
• Attends activities and events accompanied by the heads and assist the customers/client's inquiries.
• Deliver Annual Sales of certain amount and number of units in accordance to the Branch's sales plan & projection.
• Ensure collection efficiency 100% and monitor and update customers' schedule of payments.
• To ensure that collection targets are met .
• To acquire adequate and up-to-date product knowledge and selling techniques
• To execute, implement & measure sales and marketing strategies & tactics
• To develop, maintain, review and expand customer-base (clientele-base), and to come up with customers' records / profile and ensure that customer data are maintained and updated on a regular basis.
• To plan, execute, and review a systematic frequency of customer calls and visitations, and to establish good customer service relationships by giving prompt and sincere attention to their needs and requirements. Ensure that customer and customer-related issues are handled with utmost courtesy.
• To ensure that standard sales operating systems, policies and procedures on sales booking or reservations, credit terms if applicable, delivery schedules, discounts, collections, service warranty are consistently complied. Ensure that these are well communicated to customers.
• To gather pertinent marketing information and provide feedback to management.

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field
• With a pleasing personality, computer proficient, good oral and written communication skills
• With experience in the same position is an advantage, but not required.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be assigned to the SOBIDA Outlet--Calamba, Laguna
• Willing to do field work.
• Basic salary + commission + incentives and other benefits.
