Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Actively respond to leads and inquiries on company social media pages.
  • Assist customers in selecting photography and videography packages tailored to their needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or event coordination is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Willing to work on-site and attend external events as needed
