Role Overview
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations. This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle, with a heavy focus on end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and operational compliance.You won’t just be doing paperwork—you will be actively helping us build our company culture.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews for technical and non-technical roles, and maintaining the applicant database.
- Onboarding Support: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and fellow interns, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Engagement: Participate in planning, organizing, and executing themed company events, competitions, and town halls to boost workplace morale.
- HR Operations & Administration: Assist in drafting professional company memos, maintaining employee records, and checking attendance or compliance logs.
- Special Projects: Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc HR projects, such as policy updates, employer branding initiatives, or training coordination.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Required by your college/university to complete a specific number of internship hours (Practicum/OJT).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong command of professional corporate communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for people and culture!
