Positions: Warehouse Supervisor and Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking for both a Warehouse Supervisor and an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Warehouse Operations team. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team to support business and production requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods
Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
Maintain proper handling, storage, and organization of warehouse items
Manage warehouse systems (WMS) and ensure accurate documentation

Inbound & Outbound Logistics

Supervise receiving and shipment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Plan and monitor shipment schedules based on operational needs
Ensure all delivery and shipment documents are complete and compliant

Leadership & People Management

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel
Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure productivity targets are met
Conduct performance evaluations and support team development
Handle team concerns and resolve operational issues

Process Improvement & Compliance

Implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Conduct safety checks, audits, and training initiatives
Support continuous improvement projects

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit reports on inventory, operations, and team performance
Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments
Participate in meetings and provide operational updates

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Assistant Warehouse Supervisor: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
Warehouse Supervisor: 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics with leadership background
Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse systems (WMS)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance
Experience in process improvement is an advantage
