Accounts manager - Quezon City

Job Description

• Handle inquiries and request from local and foreign customers, and assist their needs.
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
• Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization .
• Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicate with the sales team regularly.
• Keep maintaining updated knowledge of the company, products and services.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying industry trends and acting as a client advocate with the focus of improving buyer experience.

• Must be 18-55 years old.
• With excellent verbal communication skills specially in Hindi and English language and their native language.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications and software.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
