Compliance Manager/Corporate Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Corporate Safety & Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe work environment, minimizing operational risks, and maintaining full compliance with industry laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor corporate safety and compliance programs across all sites and departments.
• Ensure compliance with local and national safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOLE, OSHA, DENR, LTFRB, BIR, etc.).
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the company’s regulatory permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Conduct safety and compliance training sessions for staff and management.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure policies are effectively enforced and understood.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in safety, health, and regulatory compliance roles.
• Solid understanding of government regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites or branches as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as OSH Practitioner/Consultant, ISO Auditor, or related credentials.
• Experience in logistics/transport/manufacturing
