Associate Lawyer / Legal Consultant

You will assist management in handling legal concerns, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, filing cases, preparing complaints and answers, responding to demand letters, attending hearings, and offering general legal advice.

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, legal documents, demand letters, complaints, and other pleadings
• Provide legal advice and recommendations on real estate, corporate, and commercial matters
• Represent the company in filing cases and attending hearings, including coordinating with external counsel when needed
• Assist in corporate compliance and regulatory matters relevant to the company’s operations
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on various issues as they arise
• Attend court hearings, preliminary conferences, mediations, and other related proceedings on behalf of the company
• Work on-call and be available to come to the office once or twice a week, or as needed, to work on legal matters and coordinate with management

• Philippine Bar passer, with valid license to practice law
• 0–3 years of post-bar experience in litigation, corporate, or real estate law (experience in real estate transactions or attending hearings is a plus)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work part-time or on a contractual basis and be on-call when needed
• Willing to attend hearings and report onsite 1–2 days per week or as required

• Type: Part-time / Contractual (Retainer arrangement can be discussed)
• Schedule: Flexible, on-call, with onsite work 1–2 days per week and availability to attend hearings
