About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Officer based onsite in Carmona, Cavite. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration skills and excellent written and verbal English communication, who is comfortable collaborating with an international team.
You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow by managing invoicing, collections, and customer accounts, while communicating professionally with Australian clients.
Key Responsibilities- Issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Follow up on outstanding invoices via email and phone with clear, professional communication
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process receipts and allocate payments
- Generate AR reports and assist with month-end closing
- Communicate confidently with Australian clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
- Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience is required
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international clients
- Business level English communication proficiency is required for effective client interaction
- English proficiency will be assessed through interview evaluation
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience supporting Australian or international clients
- Knowledge of Australian GST and invoicing practices
- Background in bookkeeping or finance-related studies
