IT Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders within assigned functions.
• Understand business strategies, objectives, processes, and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.

• Manage and maintain the portfolio of IT initiatives for assigned business functions.
• Monitor project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Participate in governance reviews and provide recommendations on project prioritization and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects comply with established IT governance, project management, and change management processes.

• Monitor the effectiveness and business impact of implemented solutions.
• Identify gaps between expected and actual outcomes and recommend improvement actions.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and enhancement opportunities.
• Report realized benefits and value generated from IT investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Management, or related roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process improvement.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management, portfolio management, and IT governance practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and vice versa.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Procurement, or other enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or FMCG environments.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), Project Management (PMP), or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks is a plus.
