ERP Functional Consultant

• Minimum 3-5 years of ERP functional consulting experience is required.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major ERP systems is essential.
• Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• Expertise in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules is required to help translate business needs into practical system solutions.

This role is part of our BDI (Business Development & Implementation) team and will support our growing delivery and service portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support ERP implementation activities:
• requirements analysis, testing, and documentation
• Convert business processes into:
• functional designs and system workflows
• Assist and guide users during:
• UAT, issue validation, and system adoption
• Conduct:
• user training sessions and system walkthroughs
• Prior experience conducting user training sessions is required.
• Prepare:
• user manuals, process guides, and training materials
• Support presales activities:
• demos, solution explanation, and client discussions

What We are Looking For:

• Background in: Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems: Infor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
• Understanding of business processes: Sales, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing
• Experience or exposure to: documentation, testing, or system support
• Strong communication skills: able to explain system processes clearly
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and comfortable presenting or training users

Nice to Have:

• Experience in: ERP implementation projects or client-facing work
• Exposure to: UAT, business analysis, or process improvement
• Experience in: conducting training or supporting users
• Familiar with: Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
