The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database.This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities- Prepare and issue a statement of account to customers
- Ensure timely collection of receivables
- Process payables
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Ensure validity and accuracy of transactions
- Organize financial data into useable information and relevant reports
- Prepare analysis of movement in account balances
- Maintain updated records for accounts monitored
- Prepare tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, etc.)
- Other ad hoc matters
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
- FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Inventory, and General Ledger is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
